Troubleshooting
Nine times out of ten it is one of these. Work down the list before asking for help.
I can't reach the communities page
- 1Verify your email address — the link is in your inbox from sign-up.
- 2Link both Roblox and Discord; either one missing keeps the gate closed.
- 3If a popup was blocked during linking, allow popups and try again.
The staff directory is empty or too short
- 1Check the Roblox bot cookie is still valid in Settings → Roblox integration.
- 2Lower the minimum tracked rank — anyone below it is intentionally hidden.
- 3Confirm the primary group is the group your staff are actually in.
Ranking fails
- 1The bot account's group rank must sit above the rank it is granting.
- 2The bot needs the group permission to manage lower ranks.
- 3Re-add the cookie: logging that alt account out anywhere invalidates it.
Discord roles aren't applying
- 1Press Invite bot on the server card and complete the invite.
- 2In Discord, drag the Sinkly bot's role above every role it needs to assign.
- 3Check the role bind actually maps the rank you promoted to.
Nothing appears under Activity
- 1Enable Allow HTTP Requests in Game Settings → Security and republish.
- 2Re-copy the script — the key is embedded in it and changes when regenerated.
- 3Make sure the script sits in ServerScriptService, not StarterPlayer.
